Sell these lots with owner financing and earn substantial interest, up to 15% APY. I sold over 50 of these lots over the boom years, up to $40K per interior lot and $80K per creek front. They are still selling with seller financing, but slow, I only sold 3 in the past year. <br />
Example: If you sell them even at current deflated prices (50% off) with owner financing terms for 30 years at 10% interest and get about $30,000 in total down payments, the monthly payments will total $2,370 for 360 months (a total of $883,000)<br />
